Breakfast: IP Chocolate RM drink
Lunch: Tuna over lettuce, tomato, onion, mushrooms, green and red pepper and WF balsamic
Dinner: Still deciding, I have some cauliflour and am trying to think of a way to mix it with the potato puree for potato soupy kind of thing
Snack: Either a chocolate drink or crispy cereal
Breakfast: IP omelet with spinach
Lunch: IP chocolate drink, hot (yum!)
Dinner: Roasted chicken breast and veggies
Snack: IP pudding - and right now I'm trying to make my way through a pile of celery sticks!
B: IP Fine Herb/Cheese Omelet w/ 1 c. sauteed bell peppers, green onion, celery, and a tiny bit of jalapeno. Coffee with vanilla partial IP RTD
L: Big lettuce Salad, SW cheese curls, 1tsp oil/vinegar
D: chicken, leftover mashed cauliflower make into caulipancakes, cukes
S: oh my! My first-ever Nashua box just arrived....what to have? chocomint pudding "ice cream" or cheesecake?
i also had some plain lemon-lime koolaid mixed with Stevia today. Good stuff!
7am--scrambled egg whites with 1/4 cup chopped spinach, green peppers, onions and 1 cherry tomato
10am--peanut crunch bar
12pm--broccoli and cheese soup, broccoli
3pm--diced jicama
6pm--chicken breast and big lettuce salad and veggies
8pm--Rainbow's spice cake!!! I can't wait!!!
