had my egg whites this morning, 6:30am, and an ounce of ff milk in my coffee! Had a puddin for snack at 9:45. I am not having hunger problems like I have had for the past week!!!!
Had an awesome dinner last night and am planning another one for tonight!!! Scared of my weigh in tomorrow but I'll take whatever for weight loss right now and move on.
