Hey guys!

Well, it took 7 months to shed 30 pounds off of my body!
But I did it! There is still a long way to go yet but 30 pounds is pretty amazing.
It goes to show you that it's a lot harder to lose weight as
you get older - when I was 15 years old I lost 30 pounds in 3 months.
But I guess losing it slower is healthier for my body.
Anyway, just wanted to share

Woo hoo! Thanks for posting this! I love to read the mini-updates and 30 lbs is my goal by Christmas. You've given me motivation to keep at it today (one day at a time)!
