Default AW: One month down!
I learned about IP through someone on a different message board I frequent. As someone who has been overweight almost my whole life, I was surprised that I'd never heard about this diet before.

She led me to this message board where I started doing some research. I decided to try it out with alternatives. This has surprisingly been a very easy diet for me to follow. I haven't had too many issues with hunger or cravings.

Had my 4 week weigh in today. I have lost 20.2 POUNDS since I started. So happy I found this diet!

I am thrilled for you and your success! I know how you feel, as I have been overweight many years now. I tried several other diets, fat free, weight watchers, dexatrim (yikes!), ADA Diabetes Diet, even Atkins. I have NEVER been able to have such results with these as much as I have on IP. IP seems so much easier for me to stick to and the results are amazing! Like wuv says: if you stick to the plan 100 percent, you WILL get the weight off, if it is working for me, it can work for anyone!!! Congratulations!!!

congrats to all of you who have gotten through the first few weeks, amazing results! I am also loving this diet, 4 months into it tomorrow. It's been the easiest thing I've ever tried, I think because it's so simple and the options are so limited.
