Is the potato puree considered a restricted item? It doesn't say so on my sheet but I just want to make sure before I use it and then have another restricted in the same day. Thanks

as far as I know it's not, I have been having it as normal non-restricted item. I think only the spaghetti and the chili and the bars and chip type items are the only restricted. that's what my coach told me anyways.

Correct is NON restricted anything that is higher than 9gr of carbs is considered restricted

Question about that... Is it net carbs (carbs - fiber) or just carbs?
