I'm thinking of trying to follow the IP diet (or something similar) on my own because of the cost. I have seen people mention on the Nashua Nutrition website. I'm a bit leary of ordering food online...are there any foods that anyone absolutely hated or are absolutely horrible? What do you recommend?

I've only had the Chocolate soy puff and the Raspberry Chocolate bar (either Protithin or Protidiet can't remember) but loved them both

I order Bariwise Caramel Nut and Caramel Crunch bars from Diet Direct. My IP clinic sells them, so I had been buying them there anyway (at twice the price I pay at Diet Direct). Love them both.

I order from them every month. I spent about $110.00, with each order. They have awesome customer service and my orders have always been perfect. I always order over the $99. to get free shipping. My neighbor has been ordering from them for a month and has lost 45lbs. I have placed 5 orders total. I order the Health Smart products that have nutritional facts as clost to IP as I can find. EVERYTHINHG has been good. I have not tried the "meals" I get the bars, shakes, hot drinks, fruit drinks, chips and soups. I have been on it since July 1 and have lost almost 40lbs. I highly reccomend them. Good Luck!

ive ordered from them three times. i've enjoyed all the pro-diet products i've tried. i also have tasted weight loss systems cheesecake and liked it.
the only thing i trashed was the proti-thin broc/cheese soup. disgusting

I ordered from Nashua Nurtrition and based my order on what people said was good in the alternative thread. I was not disappointed at all. The alternative thread helped me pick out the best and I was totally satisfied. The service from Nashua Nutrition was very good also. Getting ready to place another order.

Don't forget that they have a Lifetime Dieter's Club. It's not advertised at all, but it's there, you just have to ask them about it. Initial fee is $29.95 and that gives you 10% off all future orders.

If ordering from Canada you do not get the free shipping if it is over 99$ but it is still much cheaper then buying straight IP products from the clinic. I payed 114$ for 8 boxes and that included shipping and got my order in about 8 days. I have been very pleased with the site and will continue to use it.
