Default what is a realistic goal?

Hi All,
What is a realistic goal to expect by Christmas? I just started IP today and am planning or hoping on losing 115 lbs. Is it unrealistic to think that i can take off 20 by Christmas? Again, everyone is so inspiring with your weight loss but hey, I made it through day 1!

20 pounds is definitely achievable by Christmas! If you stick to it 100% you'll probably lose double that if not more by Christmas! But remember...100%!

I don't think that's unrealistic at all! There are 11 weeks between now and Christmas, even if you drop 2lb per week you would be there. And regardless, if having that goal in mind keeps you 100% on plan, why not make it your mission?
