Default Feeling weak and shaky during TOM?

Hi there,

I'm on week 3 and have been feeling great up until today. My TOM started and I'm feeling really weak, shaky and nauseous today. Any idea what might be going on? Thanks!

Lightheadedness can be due to not enough salt - try either dissolving 1/2 tsp of the sea salt in some water and chugging it down, or licking it off your hand. If you feel better in an hour or so that's your culprit!

My coach suggested salt as well and if need be an extra packet. Between both of those things I'm feeling WAY better. I didn't think to lick it off my hand, I gagged the salt water down (bleh!). Hmmm... I wonder if there is an IP salty 'Pretzel' recipe lol. Thanks for the info!
