Feeling great today. It's day seven of consistently working out at Curves; before I was mostly walking and hiking (which I still do). I physically and mentally feel much better AND.... after only seven days, I can already fit into a pair of juniors size 19 jeans that wouldn't even come up over my hips a week ago!
I'm astounded at how much change there has been in inches! AND I've also lost over five pounds this week, even with the water retention and muscle gain! That makes 54 pounds in just under 3 months!!!
Yay!
