I've done the shred in the past but I've never made it all the way through. It was a bit of an ***-kicker for me, but I'm willing to give it another go... does anyone want to do it with me starting Oct 1st?

I'm in for another round! A few months ago I made it to Level 3 and then quit. Shame on me! I'd love to give it another go, starting at Level 1.

I want to so bad. I need to do a 30DS especially when it promises results. 20 pounds? Hmm. What kind of results did you all get when you were higher in weight (maybe like mine?) ?

I am a little late on this post, but I will be doing the 30DS a few days a week. I too, never made it all the way through
