I'm so in with you too. This weight loss thing is not the sort of thing I'm willing to share with the whole world. How do we keep track of each other? I'm a newbie and haven't figured this thing out yet.

Yay!!! Im so excited! Great question moving forward...How shall we do this?? Lucy Olivia- I have a second goal after I reach my first LOL Im trying to get down to 120. Chocolate is delicious Ive been good about staying away from it Im looking forward to being weight loss buddies with you all

Helloo ladies....
would love to join u guyz.. I have around 98 lbs to lose and seems like a long way to go... With my occasional bouts of cheating, depression and nerves making it longer and tougher... Im studying for a research degree at the masters level so stress from tht doesnt help either.. But I really really really want to do this... Especially when I see all those pretty clothes hanging in display sections calling out to me! lol

Would love to join up with you ladies! I have quite a ways to go but I've come pretty far as well Having another support system would be great! Also Sammie you asked how we could do this, you can create a specific thread for daily support and motivation where we can keep each other accountable like a lot of the threads on here. Just an idea though.

Everyone here has done so well.... i'd be looking forward to sharing my experiences with ppl who actually understand how all this works and how tough it can be....

Pink hurricane: I see tht our stats are almost the same , though ure 5lbs lighter, but uve rwally come a long way,,, really is admirable... Would love to exchange ideas and pointers during this journey

Hi every one. I would love to join you all in your weight loss journeys. Its so difficult trying to explain to your skinny friends and sister why you cant eat the same as them or why you have to go to the gym Love talking to people who are going through the same as me.

Oh wow we do have similar stats! And thank you very much! It's been a struggle but that's what it's all about, overcoming this huge hump and living a healthier life. I just can't wait to finally achieve my goals but I know it's all just one day at a time. We will definitely exchange ideas and pointers, and inspire each other!

Hello everyone! How were your days? Glad that we are all here to support each other.

Proud to say that I ate on plan all day , ran 3 miles and did a 10 minute Turbo Fire Routine. I feel great but did think about food a lot. What do you ladies do when you find yourself thinking about food too much? I try to remind myself that one slip usually means I go off for the ENTIRE day!
