fruit: 1 Granny Smith Apple, grated
dairy: 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk (in my coffee)
Coffee + Liquid Stevia
Lunch@12pm: Shredded Chicken & Puree
1 Chicken Breast, shredded
Roasted Rutabaga & Celery Puree (repurposed leftovers)
Snack@4pm: Chocolate Zucchini Pancakes
IP Crispy Cereal
4oz Egg Whites
Zucchini, shredded & squeezed
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1 tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
4 oz Unsweetened Almond Milk
Run 4miles @ 6pm
Dinner@8pm: Beef Fajitas
6 oz Beef Skirt Steak
Yellow & Orange Bell Peppers and Green Onions
2 Low Carb Tortillas

PreB: egg whites w/ 2 tbsp veggie mozzarella; coffee with skim and WF caramel
B: Coffee mixed with premier shake (so delicious, like a mocha).
L: mushroom soup with mashed cauli
S: choco soy snacks
D: Steak, rutabaga fries (finally found a rutabaga, so excited to try!)

Breakfast: ProtiDiet Apple Cinnamon oatmeal made into a pancake (was OK, didn't quite cook as well in the middle - playing around with the recipe!)
Lunch: Romaine salad w/ 1 cup chopped peppers, Balanced Protein Chicken noodle soup
Post-exercise: ProtiDiet grape drink
Snack: 1 cup diced jicama w/cinnamon & splenda
Dinner: Roast chicken, steamed zukes and yellow squash
Snack: Health Wise vanilla cappuccino mixed with 1 cup black coffee

First thanks for reminding me that I had to have some protein after my exercise. I almost forgot!
Also, when you stem your zucchini and the yellow squash, how do you season it? Thanks!
