Default Hard time remembering supplements

I cannot seem to remember to take my supplements. How do you remember to get all the supplements in?

I have mine all lined up on the counter and wrote on the lids when to take them so I see them every time I go into the kitchen.

I keep 3 little tiny ziplock bags in my purse with the appropriate pills for the day. That way no matter where I am I can just take whatever pills are in the next ziplock. I set up the whole week's worth on the weekends.

I have trouble remembering too! And I have a 2 and 4 year old so kitchen counter, ziplock bag or purse are all out of the question LOL

I use two 7-day pill holders. One has the pills to take at breakfast. That one's kept in with the coffee cups. The other has the pills to take at dinner. That one's in with the dinner plates.

Hey, I have an idea...I have a hard time with this too...what if we put the breakfast pills in our breakfast bowl or in my instance I would put it in my drink shaker. Then for lunch, the second set of pills would be inside the cup or bowl or plate whatever you use. Same for dinner. I think I may try this because I have had such a hard time remembering...

I log everything in myfitnesspal app. Even as soon as I take my vitamins. It's easy to see when I missed them. You can just scan the bottles, it's so easy.

When I get to work in the am, I take out my morning and snack supplements and keep them right next to my keyboard.

In the evening and on weekends, I keep my supplement bottles in front of all my packets. That way, when I grab a packet, I also remember to take the supplements.
