Wondering if Vitamin Water Zero and the Hy-vee Flavored Water are good to drink on IP.

I picked up a bottle of vitamin water zero the other day. It says it has 0 calories, but 6 carbs? Not sure how that works, since a carb = 4 calories. Needless to say, I didn't drink it

BTW: A friend recommended the Sparkling ICE drinks. They have splenda instead of aspartame.

The vitamin water I use is called "Sparkling Ice"and has 0 Carbs. Calories, Total Fat, Sodium, Total Carbs, and Protein are 0.

Yeah, avoid Vitamin Water Zero. Good, but not good for IP.

The Talking Rain Sparkling Ice stuff is soooooo good and totally OP.

Sparkling Ice has fruit juice concentrate in it. My coach said not to drink it because of the juice concentrate. I don't know how a product can have 0% juice in it but have fruit juice concentrate in it.
