Default Not Hungry...too much food?

I'm on Week 1, Day 7, Phase 1, still very new to this.

I'm finding there's almost TOO much food and I'm having a hard time getting it all in.

I am having an IP Pack for breakfast (I quite like the Shakes mixed into my morning coffee.)

I'm supposed to have a mid-morning snack (pudding.)

A packet for lunch with my 2-Cups Veggies.

A mid-afternoon snack (usually restricted item)

And my 8oz. Protein and 2-cups of veggies for dinner.

I literally am USUALLY forcing myself to eat right now, and I've found my eating times are all off. I just finished my dinner at 10:00pm, because I haven't been hungry.

And I have NOT been able to get a salad into my day, cause I'm so full from everything else.

Any advice?

It may depend on your coach - mine started me on 3 packets per day (breakfast, lunch, late night snack) but I know some folks here have done the 4 packets per day.

You may want to try moving one of your unrestricted packs to a nighttime snack (no later than an hour before bed) and give yourself a longer stretch between lunch and dinner. When you're comfortable with the diet, you can shuffle things around as long as you get all of your packets, 8 oz of protein and 4 cups of veggies per day.

My coach had me doing the same as scorbett, 3 packets per day (breakfast, lunch and late night snack). I would speak with your coach and see if you can switch to 3 packets as well as change your eating/packet schedule to breakfast, lunch and late night snack.

You can split up your protein and have some for lunch or breakfast. That helped me at first as it was way too much to eat all of it at dinner.
