I have been on IP for 3 weeks and lost 3 first week, 6 next week, and .4 this past week! Not what I was expecting! I was thinking at least 3 every week! I has stuck faithfully by the diet. I am afraid I am not going to be able to justify spending this much money and not have a bigger weight loss! Can anyone suggest anything?
