What are you eating today Ipeeps. TGIF. Friday, Aug 17th
Phase 1, Week 8, Day 3
Breakfast: IP herb and cheese omelet w/1c. mushrooms and 1c. spinach (I ended up only eating about 3/4 of it b/c I couldnt stand it anymore, I was starting to turn
)
Lunch: IP Butterscotch Pudding, Salad w/1C of cucumbers
Snack: Strawberry Wafers (YUMMMM)
Dinner: Probably steak and veggies (We normally go out on Fridays)

Breakfast: Fine Herb omelet as scrambled eggs, black coffee
Lunch: IP Spaghetti Bolognese with 1 cup chopped zukes, romaine salad with 1 cup green peppers, WF asian dressing
Dinner: Romaine salad with chopped cukes, red peppers and red onion, WF Jersey Onion dressing and chopped chicken breasts.
Snack: IP mocha latte (IP capuccino mix, 1 Tbsp WF chocolate dip, 8oz hot coffee)

Lunch- salad w/ spinach, onion, cuke's, banana peppers, cauli & WF italian and some olive oil- IP jello
Dinner- Burger on lettuce bun w/ onion & low carb ketchup- roasted cauliflower tots

AM: IP Chocolate pudding shake (I like vanilla MUCH better), coffee
S: 1 c roasted cauliflower
L: RTD Vanilla, salad with 1 c cukes and cellery and WF creamy bacon
S: Apple cinnamon crisps
D: Shrimp stir fry with bok choy, zuchinni, over wilted lettuce and arugula.

Breakfast. Vanilla rtd mix...
Mid morning coffee. Decaf earl gray tea with sugar free almond roca syrup and I oz milk
Lunch. Chicken a la king with additional 2 oz of chicken, roasted assorted peppers and mushrooms for 2 cups of veggies
Supper. Dirty califlower rice with 6 oz ground turkey. Lettuce stir fry
Snack. Undecided...I like variety so have lots of snacks to choose frm

thank you to whoever said they turn cauliflower into couscous in the blender. YUM... added some spice and am lovin' it!
