I took a couple of Tylenol. I don't know if it was sitting in the car for a long period or what, but I had a terrible muscle ache last night and this morning.

Anyway, you want to know what food I put into my body, not drugs!

a mini bagel
thin-sliced ham
laughing cow light cheese

fat-free strawberry yogurt

two chicken thighs w/veggies
an orange
a fat-free pudding cup
