Absolutely, TOM is messing with your numbers. Stay focused. The scale will move.
Have you had anything else off the sheet? Alcohol can cause up to an ~3 day stall in fat burning and champagne is a particularly higher sugar choice. Even 'just a glass' can have an impact over a few days, so really try to stay 100% for at least 1 week straight to get more accurate IP results.
