Default Dropped food underneath stove - what do I do?

Hey all, I tried to go for it but it rolled underneat the stove - my broom can't get it. Should I get a yardstick...? I need something skinny just to reach in and nudge it out.
It was the stem on top of garlic BOO

I hate it when food gets dropped underneath the stove or the fridge! But yeh, you totally want to remove it because it will rot and get icky. Certainly don't want little bugs and critters coming into your home because they smell yummy foodies left on the floor..

Ha ha!

Okay, true story.. I have a friend that lives in Australia and she posted a picture of a potato that got dropped in her pantry. Not sure how they missed seeing it but apparently they didn't notice it on the floor, and some time later, she finds it and the potato had sprouted roots - literally looked like it was growing baby potatoes.. LOL

PS. I mention Australia because it's so damn humid there!

Does your stove have a pot drawer at the bottom? I have pulled out the pot drawer completely when I was too lazy to move the stove to clean underneath it.

Stoves move. Can you just pull it out?

We had to have some dry wall work done behind our stove last year and they just pulled it out, easy peasy.

Thank you everyone! I got it out using a hanger! I might put some tape or something to prevent more food going down there ugh
