Unbelievably, I managed to keep myself from eating everything in sight tonight. I don't even really feel hungry anymore. It's not perfect...I only stopped myself because I didn't want to disappoint someone very important to me. One day maybe it'll be for my benefit and not someone else's, but tonight, at least I stopped from being really, *really* dumb. That's the important part, right?
