Default Salt/Sodium

If I have a high sodium meal, like with soy sauce or pickles etc. Do I still need to use 1/2 tsp of Seal Salt a day too?

I love to eat pickles and last night I had chicken fried rice wiht soy sauce, there is 920 mg of sodium in a tsp. of the soy sauce!

OK, so I'm a nerd, don't be hatin', but I blogged about this, here's the link

in a nutshell, we need 1500-2000mg of sodium a day, 1/2 tsp has 1000mg in it, so if your salty meal has 1000mg of sodium then it would be OK I'd think. For comparison, a big mac has 1010mg sodium, yummy huh? Medium fries = 270mg
