Default 20 pounds gone forever........:)
I am so happy I had gained weight due to obviously not making smart choices, which didn't help I was on a anxiety medication for 6 months and no matter what I did I could not lose nothing.....
So I started Ideal protein June 1St hoping to lose 20 pounds before my holiday, which is next week......so I am so happy I did exactly what I wanted and hoped to able to do....
I started phrase 3 yesterday and is loving the new choices for breakfast, I am waking up so much earlier the past couple days....
I have read some people gain alittle at first so I hopped on the scales this morning and I am down a pound......
I will be by next week heading into maintenance and I truly believe THIS IS THE LAST DIET I WILL EVER DO.......CAUSE IT WORKS........
