Honestly, this site has helped me so much. I don't post a TON, but just logging on everyday and reading other people's journeys and tips on exercise/diet/etc. gives me so much motivation. Also, I started using myfitnesspal.com (and the iphone app) to log my calories and exercise everyday. This has helped me TREMENDOUSLY. If you're a calorie counter, I'd really recommend this or a site like it.
