Hi Everyone! I started IP on Tuesday and am shocked at how easy this first week has been considering I have done every diet in the world and usually have rough first weeks or cheat. I am praying that this is going to be the last diet of my life. I have been pleasantly surprised by the food i was sure it would all be horrible but it is not. I did find a one or two things that weren't for me but overall all IP food is decent.

Welcome! IP is really easy to follow as long as you don't cheat. The first couple of weeks ARE rough, but it gets better. If you stick to it, it WILL be the last diet!

Welcome!! I started on wednesday. I feel the same as you about the food. And so far I have felt really good, I still don't think my body has figured it out though.
