Default 30 day shred

Wanting to add some variety to my weights, walking , cycling routine, has anyone in our age group given the above Jillian Michael's program a go. Not sure if it's just for the younger more flexible? Is there much jumping about as not keen on that for my joints. Any experiences much appreciated. TIA

there are a lot of jumping jacks Milly, and lunges etc, but you could try looking up one of the videos of it on youtube and giving it a go before you commit to buying it, i havent done it for a while but i just did the bits i could.

Thank you MissSMcC. I really must look up jumping jacks I have heard of them but don't know what they are! I noticed someone else mentioned doing lumbar jacks!! That's a new one as well. Im okay with lunges. Yes I will have a look at YouTube, think I can do most of the exercises or modified versions but I certainly won't be able to maintain the pace.

I love the 30 Day Shred!
It's not just for people under 50. There are modifications to every move if you need it. It's made a big difference in how my body is toning up. I don't do it every day anymore, but I still have it in my regular exercise routine rotation.
Plus it's inexpensive. I think you can get it at like Wal-Mart for less than $10.
Try it. I bet you'll like it!!
