Fruit smoothies? You can control how much you put in to make sure it isn't a large amount of calories. Very refreshing.

Can it be any herbal tea I want? Say peppermint or chamomille

Yes,I would think so. I've done it with peppermint. Yogi Teas are really nice. Lipton also do a lovely apple & cinnamon herbal tea. Just experiment

The new pina colada and watermelon slurpees are amazing!!! I tried the strawberry banana sugarfree one, and while it was also good, I had headaches after each one, I think probably due to the sucralose. So it's back to the full sugar ones - in moderation of course.

Definitely fruit smoothies, blend up the whole fruit with water, milk, ice...... very good and good for you.

Also, iced coffee with cinnamon and or nutmeg is good.

Home made iced tea is the best - you can mix and match teas as you like...

I JUST had a diet Fanta this morning. Its a bit of a nasty habit I am forming because I'm just not in a good place right now. But what I've been doing is limiting myself to one can and not a bottle if I want it and max 1 a day. So its better than chugging a ton of em?
