i unintentionally lost 11 pounds!! i have really slowed down on my diet, partly because of stress, partly because of laziness, etc. i haven't been working out like i was, and i haven't been counting calories. i have been eating reasonably, avoiding sugar and carbs as much as possible, and i haven't really been weighing myself. i stepped on the scale today after eating 2 meals, and drinking roughly a half gallon of liquid, and i was down 11 pounds!!!! i thought it was a mistake, so i drank a bunch more and tried on a different scale with the same results. i am quite excited, and i think that this might be the right way for me to lose. i have not been stressing over every little bite of food i take, i have really just been replacing my snacks and sweets with low calorie, sugar free pudding or a light yogurt. i did my calorie count for today, and it was about 1550, so its even lower than i need, but since i havent been thinking about it, it is finally coming naturally. today was the reboot i needed.
