I recently learned about Jillian Michaels Dandelion Root Tea 7 day water detox. You basically drink this concoction for 7 days in addition to your regular diet and exercise and you can supposedly lose 5 pounds or more in water weight (of course depending on how much you are carrying). I started the drink this morning and its not too bad in taste at all. Has anyone ever tried this before? Did it work for you?
Get 60 ounces of distilled or pure water...
Add a tablespoon of sugar free cranberry juice...
Add 1 dandelion root tea bag and...
Add 2 tablespoons of lemon juice.
