I was super sick over the weekend ... same thing sinus infection sore throat etc. It was tough. I did almost frozen shakes as my IP meals which helped the throat. Also had some low sodium chicken broth which helped with the sinuses. I used sugar free cough drops when it was real bad ... but Chloraseptic helped as well and I think that may be better IP-wise but I needed the cough drops to function. All in all it seemed to work out fine ( and I am down 2 pounds since Friday so it seemed not to affect my weight loss any) but it was tough when your sick you just want easy comfort foods.
