I need help!
my bf keeps bringing me treats even though we both know for a fact ive been trying to be healthier ! he says he just wants to see me smile and i def do when i have icecream and any sugary substance but it makes me sad when i see my waistline! ugh
How can i get us both on track !?!?
I love his thoughtfulness just need it to be a healthy thoughtfulness.
Also, if you both google the 'dangers of sugar', you'll find the impact that sugar has on the body. When I start down the slippery slope of junk-sugar-stuff, I find that reading about the medical issues related to sugar consumption more impressive than thinking about my waistline.
