Question How long to get back to losing?

Around December I started counting every calorie (1800/day), and I was able to get down to 198.6 at my lowest. I started coaching in March, my weight plateaued at around 200 and I was ok with that. I got on the scale after a weekend trip this week and was up to 204. I'm back on my old plan, writing everything down, and I'm at 201.4 currently.

I was wondering if any of you have had a similar experience.
Did you go back to losing when you got back on the plan or did you plateau at the same place?
Any modifications you can recommend to get myself losing like before?

Thanks for any help!

So you've lost 3 pounds this week since you started tracking again? That's great! Sounds like you are on the right track.
You may want to recheck the calories you are taking in, since you've lost 25 pounds maybe remove a hundred or so? What is your exercise like?

There's something about that 200 number. It's very elusive for many here. I swear the scale does not know any numbers below it.

Just got to keep doing what you're doing and it will come off.
