Default So I'm starting ip in 2 weeks and i am prepping...

does anyone have a recent sheet of the plan so i can get my body used to it before i start. such as what's allowed and what's not allowed and the daily intake? please and thank u

Cut back on carbs
Aside from the ip food we only eat green veggies and meat! Look at the stickies. It is all there

for my dinner i got the butterball grilled chicken strips. but it's high in sodium

Sodium becomes less of a concern on ip. When you cut carbs you need dodium to prevent low blood pressure...
