Angry New to BFL

Hello all! I have been lurking here for quite some time, hope you don't mind! My neighbor and I have started the BFL program this morning (5am ) I would love to join your group, you guys give so much support! I do have one question about the BFL eating plan... What constitutes one serving of protien for egg whites? Thanks

Well, each egg white has roughly 3.5g of protein, so I would count from there. I am not sure about how much you weigh or how much protein you should be getting at each meal, but I am 123 pounds and when I ate egg whites only I would eat 5 egg whites and one whole egg mixed together.

Hello GI Girl...

Ditto for the eggs here... I love veggies omellettes....

I've also found that if I start the omelette on the stove and then put it under the broiler in the oven for just a minute or 2... I don't have to break it all up when I turn it over...

Default We just started, too!

Hi GI Girl! We just started on the 24th, too! My husband and I are trying together. So far, juggling kid, job, cooking and all the meals and workouts is a challenge, I sure hope we get more in the swing of things soon!
