Question Chicken Patty Mix?

I am getting ready to place my first order and see a food that was not in my starter kit -- the chicken patty mix. Anyone care to give a review and tell me about the prep? Mixing a chicken patty does not sound appetizing at all, but a chicken nugget right now sounds fabulous!

I haven't tried them yet but purchased 2 packets at my WI today. The coach said he was getting good reports from those who have tried it. I didn't feel adventurous enough to try one today.

Is this the same thing as the soy patty? That is the only one I have seen at my store that sounds close to what you are talking about.

No, the soy patty and the chicken patty mix are two different products. The chicken is fairly new.

They are my favorites! I add spices to it and jazz it up! Chicken seasoning!

Well, we are all the blind leading the blind, aren't we? I finally found one post on FB where someone said they liked them, but no clue how to fix them.
I have my first WI today and will try to remember to ask while I am there.

Eating one as we speak! Not bad, didn't add anything to it. Next time I might. One of my patties feel apart when I turned it over in the pan. Seems I always have to add more spray when I cook these products or maybe i need a new none stick pan! I think if you could turn it into chicken salad it would be good on lettuce. I may try mixing it with WF ranch dressing next time. Maybe the bacon ranch everyone seems to like. Also going to search for recipes.

How did you mix it up and how did you cook it? Mine came with no instructions.

You put 2oz of water in a bowl and then add mix, let soak 5 minutes. I just dropped to globs of it in the pan and shaped it like a patty. Flipped it to cook on both sides. Sometimes the instructions are toward the bottom of the packet. Easy to miss.

Smile Chicken patty option

Came on here looking for suggestions but...I tried one for the first time today, not bad on it's own, Handle gently in the pan. I made 2 and folded 1 of them into an egg-white omlet with some bell peppers, sea-salt and pepper. Not bad at all! Quite tasty actually.

I made my first Chicken Patty mix a few days ago. After I mixed it with 2 oz of water and let it sit for 5 minutes, I halved it and spoon the mixture into my nonstick pan after using a nonstick spray. I read somewhere that it was best to make either 2 patties out of it or 4 nuggets. It was good for something different. I had it for lunch with a bag of steamable broccoli and cauliflower. I didn't add any additional seasonings. I love that it is NON RESTRICTED and adds to the variety of products offered through IP. My coach told me this week she made it into 4 nuggets and enjoyed it as well.
