Are you now able to eat foods that used to be triggers and don't make you overeat any longer? I used to binge on tangerines --yes, weird-- but now I can eat a "normal" serving and move on! To me that is a huge success!
My taste in food has certainly changed since I've started to eat more healthily.
I remember that I was constantly craving junk food before: cheeseburgers, fries, anything greasy just tasted heavenly. Now, the smell of it alone makes me sick. I went to a McDonalds a couple of weeks ago because a friend wanted to grab a burger to go, and I had to wait outside because I couldn't stand the smell.
funny, but chocolate (dark, whole cocoa) is slowly becoming less and less of a trigger. before? i NEEDED to be able to eat the whole chocolate bar. now? one piece is enough. although I still don't trust myself to keep anything but pre-portioned chocolate in the house lol!
I used to buy WW desserts and eat all 4 of them in a day or two. Now, used in conjunction with other healthy desserts, a 4-pack lasts me all week. I don't hear them calling to me any more, and I think it's because my tastes are changing.
