Hello my name is Sunshine. I use to be here about 6 years ago. I had lost 138pds and maintained it for 5 years. I since got divorced, remarried and had another child. So here I am needing to lose 40 pds again after having my 4th child!

Hi, my name is Gingermint - Sunshine, I was on the forums a few years ago too but I can't remember my old name (I blame this on middle age!). It really helped me lose from 180 to about 143, which I'd love to be at again. Am now am back to 162 because of not being as disciplined, plus some joint/arthritis issues. Oh, and perimenopause. Mostly me not being as accountable as I should be though. Am looking around at all the forums and seeing where to jump in

Sunshine, that is totally amazing what you accomplished and you will do it again I know!
