I can't say what you (if anything!) you are doing wrong but I can tell you this....don't give up!

You might just be at a small plateau. Push on and I am sure the weight will eventually come off so long as you keep at it.

You mention exercise but didn't say anything about diet . How many calories a day are you eating ?

I agree, that is a lot of exercise! How is your caloric intake? You maybe need to tone it down on the workouts a bit and see if you can break through your plateau with changes in your routine. I wouldn't be too worried. You've done an AMAZING job so far. Don't give up!! Push through!!

Don't give up. I just restarted and lowered my goal and there was a point where I did not lose a pound for 3 weeks. The scale finally moved and I'm glad I pushed on.

I am where you are. The scale hasn't moved for me in weeks. I feel like giving up too, but I am going to be more stubborn than my fat and push through. I know that I have gone over my calories a few times too many and that I need to move more. It feels like I will never get to my goal, but at my high weight, I never thought I would get to where I am today. I had resigned myself to remaining fat forever. No one ever said that weight loss was consistent or easy. We can do this!

It's a marathon, not a sprint.

Just eating healthy doesn't work for a lot of people, including myself. At the end of the day creating a calorie deficit is what is going to make you lose fat, and it is not only possible, but very easy to eat enough healthy food to erase that necessary deficit. If you are not losing right now, I would suggest tracking things for a few weeks to give you an idea of how many calories you are eating daily, then make adjustments from there.
