My name is Stayana, I am 29 years old. I am happy to be a part of this group.
I currently weigh 190 pounds (5'8) and I am trying to lose 45 pounds.
I started the gym last week Wednesday to get a more organized exercise plan. I do cardio & / aerobics for 45 mins atleast 4 mornings for the week. I do weights training for about 35 mins atleast 4 times per week.
My diet is a little weak. I am not eating crazy foods, but I work so hard @ work that at times I forget to to have lunch
Watching my calarie intake. Think I may need to up it a little from the maybe 1000 -1100 calories it is now.
I haven't lost any weight dont really feel smaller either.
What more can I do? please HELP ME!
