If you even have thirty minutes a day to work out, use it. I'm tellin ya, with enough intensity in 30 mins, you can lose some serious weight :]

That website is my 2nd home. It gives me quick, easy workout ideas. I can track my food. It tells me what calorie area to stay in. Spark people + Jillian Michaels is to thank for my six pound weight loss this week :] So like I said, even if you have 30 mins a day, or 15 minutes, or whatever.
Depending on your activity level (like where you work, or if you have little ones) you might not be eating enough calories, and that will cause you to not lose weight also. (or that's what a personal trainer told me)
