Hi everyone. I have only recently joined this site and I am starting my diet tomorrow!!!!! Would like to offer and receive support from anyone else who wants it. I am determined to do it this time so wish me luck!!!!!
Oh yeah!!!!! I am jus wondering how I get one of those target weight tape measure thingies to appear at the bottom of my posts???? Please advise me if you are able.

I checked. You need to be a member for at least 20 days. After that, you will be able to edit your signature (this option will appear under the User CP tab up top) and you can add a tracker then. The instructions are there and it is easy to do!

It may have taken me almost a year to lose 25 pounds I knew last time was the last time I decided for good I am changing but there will be mini bumps on the long road you just keep going and come back here when things are hard and when its time to celebrate
