Default Hi I'm back

I have decided and know this is the right time for me to shed the weight. This is my third time here so third time lucky

No more diets and no more calorie counting I get fixated on it and life becomes one long round of foods I can't have. I end up miserable and moody and everything becomes a calorie nightmare.
So instead I am using a smaller plate divided up like this 1/4 Protein 1/4 Carbs 1/2 Vegetables.
Casseroles, Stews, Spag Bol and other things like that I use 1/2 the plate and fill the rest with Salad or cooked vegetables. I eat fruit and cut down on sugary foods some I have cut out altogether. For me this works.
Exercise has always been my downfall but I am working on it.

So here I am ready to get the weight off see you around

Hi Paula
Good luck with your weight loss. I can't do much exercise as I had a bad ankle break last year, but I'm trying to walk more which adds up and at least I'm moving around.
Hope the plate method works for you.
