Thought I should just do a quickie introduction, since I haven't been here in a long while.
I lost down to about 158 or so back in 2009, and it's all crept back on, sadly. What I definitely know is that it's better to lurk/post at 3FC than to lurk/post at the Pinterest food boards - that's deadly!
I'm doing calorie control along with carb restriction, too many carbs (in the form of bread and pasta particularly) is definitely a bad thing for me.
I see a lot of new faces here, also some that I remember from back in the day. It's amazing to see some of the familiar names pregnant, etc!
Also missing a few of the "old faithful" - I wonder what happened to them...
