Default Erlack

Ok, so I work out two different sessions on mondays and wednesdays. I have an hour and a half of martial arts in the morning and from 4-5 I have group cardio kickboxing. On wednesday morning I wrecked the left side of my right foot just below the toes when someone blocked a kick. It swole up a bit and felt pretty bad but I still felt ok going to cardio so I did and just tried to keep the weight off that part of the foot. Normally I take a rest until the next monday for my muscles to heal, but I'm really looking to accelerate my weight loss - I've just started again after gaining a lot back. My abs, arms, butt, and thighs are still sore from wednesday's cardio and my foot still hurts from the impact. Should/can I work out today or is it important to let my muscles rebuild? I thought you only really need a day in between major workouts but since they're sore Idk, and if can work out, what kind of stuff should I do considering the foot thing?
