I am starting MediFast on Monday, Does anyone want to help me out by like being my supporter? To help keep me going just in case I crack... I am pretty sure I could do it on my own because this is something I really really want. But JUST IN CASE I need someone to help me out because well you know how things can get...My biggest down fall is Coffee, I can drink coffee all day long

Thanks, I have been on the MediFast forum, it didn't seem like I was getting a lot of pumping up from people so I thought I would branch out and try this support area to see if I could get someone who was willing to help me out a little!
