For those of you who have done the Atkins diet....I want to lose 120lbs. I tried atkins before with success in losing 40 in a month but my willpower and desire for a bowl of spaghetti overcame me
that was years ago.. I have a couple questions. I need to get the book, is there a difference in the older books and the New Diet Revolution? I'm just trying to decide which one to put on my kindle. Also, any good links to an Adkins shopping list. I got lost in the grocery store yesterday realizing I knew exactly where to buy rice and pasta but had no creativity wandering around thinking about which meals I could prepare for myself! I am definitely more determined now and have a great bf who is very supportive and a great workout partner, so the support is there...I just gotta figure out what to eat! lol.
