hey, don't feel too bad about it. you were hungry! and there are way worse things you could have eaten than minestrone soup. sometimes there are just those days where you are hungrier than usual. don't be too hard on yourself and there's always tomorrow to improve and do better

The beginning is always tough. For about the first month or so, you tend to be very hungry. I think part of it (for me) was being SO focused on food. I felt my whole day revolved around what I just ate, what I was going to eat, when I was going to eat, etc. I found that it gets easier, but my best advice is to not obsess about food and start trying to listen to your hunger cues.

Also, really try to get your 8 glasses of water in. I use the big water bottles with the sport nozzle top because I find them easiest to drink. The ones I have hold 3 glasses of water, so I drink one by lunch, another before dinner, and the last with dinner.

Keep up the work - and stay positive

Yep, it's tough. Keeping low calorie soup or salad veggies around can be really helpful in filling you up while staying on plan.
