zone bar - peach yoghurt - ugh 5
lunch:
spinach cheese canneloni w/sauce 6
salad
apple
snack:
speculoos cookie 2
dinner:
turkey burger/cabbage salad/veggies
after dinner sweet thing:
no idea
exercise: lame 25 min on elliptical

had a very nice time in India - but Lala dawling one thing you don't do in India is chill----we're talking high 90s and it isn't even summer yet!
And did i mention French Fry breakfast every thursday and Sunday??
So in answer to "what up", I can say, waistline measurement...damn

i'm in the same boat, i am singing the praises of spandex right now....
chill, meaning, going somewhere without major distractions.
however, no swim up bar is a problem
