Hey Follks, Bride to Be here, I was at my highest 220, I am now 194, wanting to get to 150 by summer - or into summer atleast, and my ultimate goal is 135 to be reached eeventually before the wedding.
I did weight watchers and I love the plan, always been a fav of mine, but its not quick enough, so, just ordered the Belly Fat Cure book, starting on Monday, can't wait! Any followers have any feedback let me know!
Hello, welcome, and congratulations on your engagement!! Weddings are spectacular motivation for losing weight. My hubby and I are planning a big wedding for our 5 year anniversary in 2014 and my goal is to be less than 140 so that I can wear the beautiful dress I've always wanted to, and rock it.
