Default Tired of falling off the Diet Train

Hello everyone! I attempted to lose weight about 3 months ago and have gained a pound. I still weigh the same as I weighed before my two children, but it's all fat now and NO muscle. I don't recognize myself in the mirror anymore and none of my clothes fit. I'm so focused on taking care of my children, I often forget to take care of myself. I'm so ready to look in the mirror and see the woman I used to be. So, it begins today!!!

I think we all fall of the diet train because we call it a diet.

Motivation, determination, habit etc is what will help you succeed in the end! As well as good support from people! Good luck and welcome to aboard!
